Your data is used to manage your account, secure your profile through 2FA/Biometrics, and maintain your academic records. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies.

3. Data Security & Protection

Malawi E-Learning implements industry-standard security measures to protect your account. This includes password hashing, secure session management, and optional multi-factor authentication. When you choose biometric setup (Passkeys), your sensitive biometric data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. Mobile Money & Bank Payments

For manual upgrades, we may request transaction IDs or screenshots of payment proof via mobile money (Airtel/Mpamba). These are used solely for verification purposes and are stored securely within our administrative system until confirmed.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your logged-in session. These are temporary and do not track your activity on other websites. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking pixels.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you or request its deletion. Due to the nature of academic progress tracking, some historical data may be retained for audit purposes as required by educational standards.
